Bag Search & Prohibited Items

The safety and security of our fans is our top priority. Remember that chairs, coolers, firearms and marijuana are not allowed into the festival. Please be aware that ALL bags will be searched each time attendees enter the festival grounds. This will require more time during the entry process. We ask all attendees to plan ahead to allow extra time entering the festival. Check the full list of prohibited items.

Drinks & Eats At The Fest

LMF2015-FoodCourt-Aug27

Be sure you check out all that our DC Eats food court has to offer! Far from turkey legs and funnel cake, and curated by Washington D.C.’s own celebrity chef José Andrés, DC Eats offers the most delicious festival food, drinks and sweets from the city’s most iconic restaurants.

Food vendors will be serving all day. All vendors accept cash (ATMs on site), credit and Landmark Cashless payments.

Around The Park

When your hard-working ears need a break from all of the music, there are plenty of other happenings in the park to help you relax, recharge and stay entertained. Some of our partners have set up havens all throughout the mall, dedicated to hooking you up with ways to get by each day — not to mention all the free swag.

Be sure to check out #MakeYourMark, presented by the Trust for the National Mall‘s Landmark Campaign in partnership with National Mall and Memorial Parks. This tent provides an interactive look back at some of the National Mall’s most historic moments. Bring history to life with photo opps, flash tats and trivia – and enter to win a VIP ticket upgrade! And don’t forget to #MakeYourMark by building a monument to your personal hero on our virtual National Mall. Experience made possible through the generous support of Altria Group, the Bernstein Family Foundation, GSD&M and Linder Global Events.

Check out who will be offering free giveaways, special activities and more throughout the festival!
